Adiquity Technologies hiring Business Development Manager.

Job Description:
* Managing key accounts: Building strong partnerships with existing partners. Scale up and build key accounts into steady revenue streams.
* Drive client acquisition and other business development initiatives for Adiquity's RTB Exchange.
* Identifying RTB partners and Ad Networks from all over the world, initiate contact for on-boarding them.
* Client Interactions via calls, mails and on-site meetings. Communicating Adiquity's value proposition to clients and close deals.
* Manage a team of account managers and Ad ops executives to ensure smooth operations, and scale up existing business with different partners.
* Meeting and exceeding ad revenue targets for demand partners and RTB exchange.
* Perform market and competitor analysis. Contribute to product improvement and feature additions by giving timely feedback to the product manager.
* Performance and Data Analysis of different accounts. Identify bottle necks and initiate process improvements by coordinating with the Ad-ops team.

* 2-5 years of experience in digital media advertising and business development. Experience in mobile advertising a plus.
* A good team player who enjoys interacting/working with people.
* Demonstrated experience in business development and sales initiatives.
* Quick at grasping new concepts with good qualitative and quantitative aptitude.
* Outstanding communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
* Knowledge of digital advertising technologies like ad servers, ad networks etc, a plus.
* Well versed with selling and demonstrates good sales aptitude.

Qualifications/Skills:
* B.Tech/B.E in any stream with good grades from reputed college.
* Having an MBA from a good college is a plus.
* Qualitative and Quantitative aptitude with experience in basic data analysis and excel operations.
* Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging internet-based media.

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization/PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required.
