A Business Process Consultant works closely with the customer to understand their business needs and accordingly determines changes to their business processes by using GT Nexus solutions and platform. This person acts as a conduit between the customer and the implementation teams and drives training and adoption once the solution is ready.
Understand customer's business, opportunities and risks and their business need for the GT Nexus solutions
Conduct user interviews to understand the business processes
Create Requirements and TO BE process maps to depict changes to their business processes as a result of the GT Nexus solutions
Recommend business process changes based on industry best practices
Act as a liason between customer and the implementation team; Distinguish requests from needs
Create business process driven training material and train the customer on business process changes
Participate in the issue resolution process by assessing impact to customer and recommending viable workarounds
Drive user adoption
Ongoing process optimization and process benchmarking
Establish effective Knowledge Management governance, strengthen the engagement with leaders and develop effective content assets for the specific competency area
Build and maintain an excellent rapport with the customer and their key business users.
Skill Sets (Mandatory):
Over 8 years of experience in customer facing roles of delivering software solutions
Experience working as a Business Process Consultant as defined above
Deep domain industry knowledge (Manufacturing or Retail or Pharma or CPG)
Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics processes
Working knowledge of tools for process maps (Visio, etc) and other tools such as Word, Powerpoint for training
Knowledge of business process related methodologies and industry standards
Experience working across the entire Software Life cycle of projects
Critical reasoning skills
Good Team player
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication - written and verbal
Excellent presentation skills and facilitation skills.
Skill Sets (Nice to Have): SCM certifications
Total Experience (Yrs)- 8+
Relevant Experience (Yrs)- 5+
Academic Qualifications -Any computer graduate.
Education: UG - Any Graduate/PG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization.
