Job Description:
Educational Qualification:
Full time arts UG courses & PG courses optional (BA / B.Sc / B.Com / M.Com / BA / MA / BBA / LLB / B.Lit / BSW only)
Other PG courses like MBA & other holders are ineligible to apply. Such candidates are requested to please avoid this post.

Job Experience & Nature:
(Managing below list of activities in particular department's employees covering 400+ from all cadres like Executives, Junior Executives, Non Executives, Union employees, Technicians, Trainees, Apprentices, Contract labors)
Time Management Activities (attendance regularization)
Medical Insurance Co-ordination
Welfare distribution (Uniforms, shoes, food coupons & others)
Responsible for particular department's HRIS, MIS Data Maintenance
Responsible for Office Equipments, IT, Network & Stationeries, display boards & signages
Responsible for General Administration
Effective grievance handling & solving/forwarding with all cadre of employee with negotiation
Candidate should be flexible & adjust at diverse situations
Candidate should have experience in handling 500+ employees directly.
Language: English & Tamil must
Microsoft Excel & Power point are essential
SAP knowledge additional strength
Co-ordinating for, Manpower Planning, Following Recruitment, Employee Movements, Supporting Resignations process, Employee Training & Development
Candidate having experience in above job nature in manufacturing firms/industries are additional strength

Joining Time: Immediate joining required, not more than maximum 1 month from the day of interview & offer letter.
