About Zen Technologies:
Zen Technologies Ltd was incorporated in the year 1993 with an aim of developing state-of-the-art simulators for weapons and allied defense equipment. The company went public in the year 2000.
The Company has grown at an average rate of 100% over the last three years. It has been a profit making and dividend paying company during this period.
Zen Technologies, over the years, has developed expertise in designing, developing and manufacturing various types of state-of-the-art simulators. The in-house developed products not only meet all qualitative standards but also are cost effective.
The company has supplied over 170 simulators to over 70 customers all over India and enjoys the confidence of this large customer base. Its customers are located across the length and breadth of the country. The main customers are, Defense Services, State Police forces, Para Military forces and the Navy of a South East Asian country.
The motto of the company is to develop indigenous state-of-the-art simulators, which compete with the world-class simulators. The company attaches special importance to its R&D activities. The R&D division has sophisticated software tools and skilled manpower to develop simulators.
ZEN has an ISO 9001:2008 (QMS), ISO 27001:2005 (ISMS) Certification and is a CMMI Level 3 Company. The in-house R&D unit at Zen Technologies is recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Min. of Science &Technology, Govt. of India.
Induction, orientation and development of new hires in the organization.Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of Documents.
Identification of Training needs.
Preparation of Training Calendar & plan training.
Achieve Recommended Training v/s attended.
Conduct & co-ordination for Training.
Updation of HR Manual & Policies.
Conducting Town Hall meetings.
Drive Fun @ work activities, conducting rewards and recognition programs, Instrumental in organizing and managing various recreational activities like family visit, sports activities, birthday celebrations, birthday mails etc.
Grievance Handling employee queries, issues and other day today problem.
Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
Handling employee database(both in soft form and files management).
HR Generalist(T&D,Joining..) experience is must.
Good Presentation skills.
Experience in Internal & External Audits(ISMS,QMS) will be an added advantage.
Good Communication Skills.
