She is the Chief Academic Advisor, City montessori School, Lucknow, that has been founded and run by her family for the past 52 years. CMS is the Guinness World Record Holder, the world's largest school, and recipient of the UNESCO prize for peace education. GCPL has evolved based on Dr. Gandhi's personal visits and experience of 38-country education systems. Over 200 people on three continents have been involved in its development. The programme has evolved and improved by trials in the Czech republic, Iceland, UK and India since 2000.

Job Description:
You will work from your own location i.e. out of virtual office.
Check and update information provided to you on schools and collect information where it is not available.
Maintain or update prospective and confirmed clients' database.
Find new leads using ones own sources, e.g. new schools that are not on your given list.
Actual visit to 3-4 schools per day to make first level pitches and generate interest in the companys offerings.
Make a plan for sales to schools based on targets for each week, follow ups and cold calls.
Immediately follow up on leads generated by the Head Office.
Follow up on all leads repeatedly by phone, email and visits.
Maintain a must do daily CRM.
Strictly keep all appointments and manage follow ups.
Fix further meetings with prospective schools decision makers or, in case of prospective franchise clients, secure meetings for a senior sales manager.
Follow-up on initial meetings, e.g., submitting of drafts and final proposals, contracts, etc.
Achieve performance targets these are linked to your salary & incentives. There are no limits to growth.
Generate invites for seminars and conferences.
Answer queries on phone.

Honest individuals with strong sense of integrity & loyalty.
Excellent local language communication with reasonable command over spoken & written English.
Ability to fill daily CRM, do internet research, maintain Excel spreadsheets, etc.
Willingness to travel extensively and at a moments notice.
Age no bar.
Fresher with an outgoing personality and co-curricular activities can be considered.
