Must have exposure in Sales and Relationships in IT services industry.
Can understand customer business and suggest strategy, help in account planning.
Track account growth plans and targets.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Customer facing skills / Onsite experience.
Facilitate in customer visits, proposal preparation, proposal defense.
Involved in major deals.
Can be flexible to travel within India if required for short term to USA.
Can collaborate with various stake holders (Customer team (IT and Biz), Delivery team, support teams[CorCC, OPS, Finance, HR, Legal], competency teams )
Track action items to closure.
Follow sales and opportunity tracking cycle.
Make proposal to project.
Education: UG - Any Graduate/PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization.
