The Social Media Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for using a mining and report generation tool (Radian6) to mine data from social media (Facebook, local platforms, twitter, websites, blogs), analyze and cull out relevant information and present to the client as reports on a periodic basis. Analyst might also have to present the reports periodically to clients and align them on the reports.
