Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and troubleshooting OSS software and process.
Responsible for Gathering requirement of customers and work on system to find the issue and solve it.
Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of OSS system.
Responsible for system installation and configuration, testing support, troubleshooting and issue resolution, client training, rollout support and hand-over of the system to the Support Team once live and stable.

Ensure No downtime of Application.
Good communication with Customer and smooth delivery.
Good Relationship with customer and other partners.
Technical & Business Competencies (Essential and Desirable)
Strong technical expertise, issue management and investigation capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure,
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with aggressive deadlines
3+ Yrs Telecom background for E2E service provision. ETOM / ITIL framework, Understanding about interface between components.
Should have implementation or operation experience on service fulfilment solution (CRM/ Inventory management/Order fulfilment/ GIS).
Knowledge of SQL scripting/ Oracle DBA/ Apache /Tomcat.
Worked any green field telecom service fulfilment project.
Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication
