Responsibilities: Client Support
Follows up on assigned items with clients to clarify understanding. Build trust as a reliable resource. Complete client requests without supervision. Fulfill job responsibilities within pre- established policies and procedures.
RMS Respond to mailbox queries and support requests within the service level agreement Maintain e- Room and Sharepoint sites Add/ update agency access to RMS Assist in RMS process and upgrade testing Support Global RMS Team with projects as needed Maintain RMS documentation including career section listing, components matrix and support guide Maintain source, department and custom field lists
Careers Website Respond to all webmaster account emails within 48 hours of receipt Utilize available resources to determine appropriate response and respond to each email and/ or forward to responsible party Escalate any Careers Website or other issues to appropriate parties Maintain and update template responses Maintain and update contact information for key member firm contacts.
